SAUTI Language Solutions

East African languages,
including the rare ones

OPI · VRI · Certified Translation · 20+ Languages · Other African languages sourced on request

A U.S.-registered vendor supplying Language Service Companies with East African interpreters and translators, from our base in Nairobi. We start with the dialects most vendors return as unavailable — Maay Maay, Garre, Nuer, Dinka, Juba Arabic, Afar, Kunama — and carry the core languages behind them: Somali, Swahili, Oromo, Amharic, Kinyarwanda, Kirundi, Tigrinya. Twenty-plus in all, with other African languages sourced on request.

Screened before deployment. Trained in-house. Quality checked by people who speak the language. One vendor, one contract, one point of contact.

Somebody is waiting
on the other end

Every unfilled request has a person behind it. A woman in a clinic who cannot describe her pain. A father who does not understand what the judge just said. "Sauti" means voice. Two minutes on why we built this, and who it is for.

Where coverage
quietly fails

At intake, a Maay Maay speaker is usually written down as Somali, because that is the box the form has. The request goes out as Somali, a Somali interpreter joins, and neither can fully understand the other. The same happens with Nuer, Garre and Juba Arabic.

We staff those languages specifically, and we were founded by a working interpreter rather than a broker. Seven platforms, thousands of live calls.

  • Rare Language Access
Somali, Dinka, Maay Maay, Nuer, Kinyarwanda, Kirundi, Oromo, Amharic, Kinyamulenge, Kikuyu, Dholuo. The ones your vendors return as unavailable are the ones we staff first.
  • Platform-Verified Quality
Our founder has worked on Propio, GLOBO, Martti and Voyce. We know the standards these platforms hold interpreters to, because we have been held to them.
  • Global Coverage
Your 2am is our mid-morning. The shift nobody wants to cover is our normal working day.

Quality checked
in-language

A client cannot check work in a language they do not speak. Neither can most agencies. So we check it ourselves: every interpreter is trained through Sauti Academy, passes a scored assessment before their first client call, and is reviewed monthly by a native speaker of their language.

  • Sauti Academy Trained
Every interpreter completes our in-house program before taking a live call: ethics, session protocols, and medical and legal terminology drilled trilingually.
  • Monitored Every Month
Scored mock-call evaluations with embedded accuracy, ethics, and terminology tests, plus a delegated vendor-QA model that operates inside partner platforms under BAA.
  • Reported to You
Partners receive a monthly per-interpreter quality report. Audit-ready evidence you can pass straight to your healthcare and legal clients.
