OPI · VRI · Certified Translation · 20+ Languages · Other African languages sourced on request
A U.S.-registered vendor supplying Language Service Companies with East African interpreters and translators, from our base in Nairobi.
We start with the dialects most vendors return as unavailable — Maay Maay, Garre, Nuer, Dinka, Juba Arabic, Afar, Kunama — and carry the core languages behind them: Somali, Swahili, Oromo, Amharic, Kinyarwanda, Kirundi, Tigrinya. Twenty-plus in all, with other African languages sourced on request.
Screened before deployment. Trained in-house. Quality checked by people who speak the language. One vendor, one contract, one point of contact.
Every unfilled request has a person behind it. A woman in a clinic who cannot describe her pain. A father who does not understand what the judge just said. "Sauti" means voice. Two minutes on why we built this, and who it is for.
At intake, a Maay Maay speaker is usually written down as Somali, because that is the box the form has. The request goes out as Somali, a Somali interpreter joins, and neither can fully understand the other. The same happens with Nuer, Garre and Juba Arabic.
We staff those languages specifically, and we were founded by a working interpreter rather than a broker. Seven platforms, thousands of live calls.
Interpretation and certified translation across 20+ East African languages, with other African languages sourced on request, all under one vendor agreement.
Certified written translation in the language pairs most agencies cannot staff. Medical records, immigration and USCIS documents, legal filings, consent forms, and community materials.
Three-way phone interpretation, connected in seconds, around the clock. Including the languages that usually come back unavailable.
Video interpretation for medical appointments, hearings and consent conversations, where seeing the room matters.
A client cannot check work in a language they do not speak. Neither can most agencies. So we check it ourselves: every interpreter is trained through Sauti Academy, passes a scored assessment before their first client call, and is reviewed monthly by a native speaker of their language.
The question everyone asks: what happens when the power goes? Every interpreter is verified against all four requirements before their first shift, and again after any incident.
No lengthy onboarding. Four steps from first contact to your first assignment.
Reach out via our contact form or email to discuss your language access needs and volume requirements.
We execute a vendor agreement, provide insurance documentation, HIPAA compliance, and W-8BEN-E for U.S. clients.
Our credentialed interpreters and translators deliver your assignments on time, with full QA oversight.
Monthly invoicing with transparent reporting. As your volume grows, we scale our team to meet your demand.
Tell us which languages you need covered and we will tell you straight whether we can staff them today, source them within days, or not at all. Rate card and vendor packet on request.
